Jamie serves as Executive Chairman of Verdis Investment Management, providing high-level strategic leadership and financial oversight to the firm. As Executive Chairman, Jamie works closely with the management team to shape long-term vision for the firm, focusing on market expansion and product innovation, and spearheading major corporate transactions. Additionally, Jamie is the CEO of Still Pond Capital, a Single Family Office.

Jamie brings more than two decades of investing and operating experience across multiple asset classes and industries. Earlier in his career, he served as President and CEO of Orcom Solutions, an outsourced customer care and billing services provider for electric, gas and water utilities across North America. Orcom was originally acquired by a group of private equity firms led by Jamie, including the Blackstone Group and Thomas H. Lee Partners, and was later sold to Alliance Data Systems (NYSE:ADS) in December 2003.

Jamie began his career in venture capital at EnerTech Capital Partners, where he focused on investments in energy and power technologies. He earned a Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Jamie is the President of the Andalusia Foundation and serves as Vice Chairman of the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, where he also chairs its Museum Committee.
