Kevin Gaffey is Chief Financial Officer of Still Pond Capital. He leads finance, accounting and fund administration, overseeing nearly 200 investment partnership relationships and nearly 20 different legal entities. Kevin has been part of the family office for two decades and serves on the Investment Committee. Previously, Kevin was the Controller of Princeton University Investment Company (PRINCO) which oversaw Princeton’s then $11B+ Endowment. Prior to PRINCO, he was the Controller for the endowment’s private equity, real assets and direct investment programs, run by Nassau Capital. Earlier in his career, Kevin served as Assistant Controller at The Blackstone Group. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Wilkes University and successfully completed the Uniform CPA examination.

Janice Monaghan is an Investor Relations Associate at Still Pond Capital where she is responsible for communications, reporting and relationship management. She works closely with internal teams and external partners to help ensure timely, accurate, and thoughtful communication across the firm’s investor base. Janice joined Still Pond from the Wealth Management division of Bryn Mawr Trust where she focused on high-net-worth portfolio administration and provided high-level support services to trust and agency clients, wealth and investment advisors, and intermediaries. Janice earned her bachelor’s degree in International Business from Fordham University.

 

Jennifer Garrison is Chief Operating Officer of Still Pond Capital and a founding member of the family office. She is responsible for the firm’s operational leadership, family governance support, firm operations, and investor relations. With more than 20 years of experience spanning operations, corporate strategy, marketing, investor relations, and organizational leadership, Jennifer plays a central role in translating long-term family objectives into effective operational execution. She works closely with family members, trustees, advisors, and service providers to support multi-generational planning, governance initiatives, reporting, estate-related coordination, and strategic projects across the family’s affiliated entities. Prior to joining the family office, Jennifer held marketing and communications roles at Orcom Solutions (acquired by Alliance Data Systems), Hewlett Packard, Bluestone Software and Momentum Systems. She began her career at the Cendant Corporation. Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky.

Amelia Azam is a Senior Communications Manager at Still Pond Capital.  She is responsible for the communication initiatives of the family office.  Prior to joining Still Pond Capital she was a Senior Marketing Coordinator at MedRisk in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.  Amelia holds a B.A. in English Communications from Bloomfield College in New Jersey.

Sal Mauro is Controller at Still Pond Capital, bringing a well-rounded background in both public accounting and financial services. Sal is responsible for accounting, financial reporting, cash management and operational due diligence. He began his accounting career as a Senior Auditor at BDO, a top-ten global accounting firm, where he developed a strong foundation in audit methodology, financial reporting, and internal controls across a diverse client base. He subsequently joined Citco Fund Services as a Senior Accountant, gaining specialized experience in fund accounting and the operational complexities of the investment management industry. Sal holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and Management. He also earned his Master’s degree in Education from Holy Family University.

Samin Green is a Senior Accountant at Verdis Investment Management, where she is responsible for financial reporting, cash management and operational due diligence.  Samin joined Verdis from Kraft CPAs, where she was responsible for financial reporting, expense analysis, cash flows, budgets, shareholder net income allocations and compliance for clients across diverse industries.  Samin earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and French from Smith College and an Accounting certification from The University of Alabama.
